We’re thrilled to introduce Bitoya to both our Seasonal Blend and to our single origin lineup. Soft, sweet and a little bit citrusy, this coffee is wonderful as an espresso while also perfectly pairing with a little bit of milk. We love the stone fruit and orange chocolate notes in this coffee, which was produced by roughly 500 family farms in the Layo Teraga village, Ethiopia.

Producer 

Bitoya is a collaboration between several farmers in the Guji Zone of the Oromia region. Around 500 families living in the Layo Teraga village grow their coffee in their farms throughout Uraga district. Coffee grown in Uraga is distinctly small, dense and flavoursome, in part due to the
