World’s Rarest Coffee

I am writing this post from sunny Dapto, NSW, the home of One Tree Estate - Dapto Arabica, home of the world’s Rarest coffee. Rare, because it consists of a single coffee tree owned and loved by my Father in law Tony Roe who first inspired my love of coffee roasting. 

Below you will see photos of his precious coffee tree, it’s 2017 harvest of cherries and videos of them being dehulled by a small huller and also by hand. And then the finished product of two shots of Dapto Arabica espresso.
